Gaming should be a source of fun — never stress. At 0099bet, we make sure you can play safely and stay in control.
Here is what we do to keep you protected at 0099bet.
Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming within your own limits — without it negatively affecting your lifestyle, family, work, or financial stability. Online casino and betting are designed for entertainment, not as a source of income.
0099bet believes that every member's gaming experience should be enjoyable, safe, and in control. When gaming gets out of hand, it can lead to stress, financial difficulties, and strained relationships.
Our responsible gaming policy helps you:
Online gaming is a hobby, not a profession. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose. Chasing losses almost always leads to even bigger ones.
If you notice any of the behaviours below in yourself, it is time to take stock. Recognising the signs early makes it much easier to regain control.
Ask yourself honestly: is gaming adding joy to your life, or causing stress? If it's the latter, now is the time to take action.
0099bet provides a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming. They are completely free to use and can be activated at any time.
These control tools are very easy to use:
Log in to your 0099bet account and click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Look for the "Responsible Gaming" or "Account Limits" option in the dropdown menu.
Select the tool you want to use (deposit limit, session timer, etc.).
Enter your preferred limit or duration, then click "Save" or "Confirm".
Once activated, limits take effect immediately. To increase a limit, you'll need to wait 24 hours (for your protection), but you can lower a limit at any time.
If gaming is negatively affecting your life and other tools are not enough, self-exclusion is the most effective step to take.
Self-exclusion is a process where you voluntarily request to close your account for a set period. During this time, you:
You can withdraw your remaining balance at any time (via support).
Contact the 0099bet support team to activate Self-Exclusion:
Your account will be closed within 1 hour of receiving your request. It cannot be reopened until the selected period has ended — even if you change your mind.
During your self-exclusion period, we will not send you any promotional messages, emails, or SMS. We respect your decision.
Follow these simple guidelines and gaming will stay fun and safe.
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing. This amount should be something you can afford to lose without it affecting your day-to-day life.
Set limits on your time, not just your money. Playing for hours on end leads to fatigue and increases the risk of poor decision-making.
Do not chase your losses by playing more. This almost always results in even greater losses.
Take a 5–10 minute break every 30–45 minutes. It helps clear your head and supports better decision-making.
Avoid gaming when you're feeling down, angry, or stressed. Your judgment is compromised in those moments, making poor decisions far more likely.
Resist the urge to keep playing after a big win. Set that money aside and decide later.
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, there is no shame in seeking help. Thousands of people face the same struggle, and with the right support, recovery is absolutely possible.
