0099bet General FAQs

To withdraw funds from 0099bet, log in and go to the "Withdraw" page. Select your preferred payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer are all supported. Enter the withdrawal amount — the minimum is BDT 500 and the daily maximum is BDT 50,000 (VIP members have higher limits). Make sure your account is KYC-verified — for your first withdrawal, uploading your NID and a selfie is mandatory. Once KYC is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 minutes and the funds arrive in your bKash/Nagad/Rocket account. Bank transfers may take 3–6 hours. After submitting a withdrawal request, you can track its status under "Transaction History" — statuses include Pending, Processing, Completed, or Rejected. If you have claimed a bonus, you must meet the rollover requirement before withdrawing — this is generally 3×–10× turnover depending on the bonus package. 0099bet does not charge withdrawal fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges (typically 1%–2%). If a withdrawal is rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason and be directed to contact the support team. For security purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit.

0099bet takes responsible gaming seriously and gives you the option to temporarily or permanently close your account. For a short break, use the Cooling-Off Period — log in and go to "Account Settings" > "Responsible Gaming" > "Take a Break". You can pause your account for 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you won't be able to log in or receive any promotional emails/SMS, but you can still withdraw your existing balance by contacting support. Once the period ends, your account will be reactivated automatically. For a longer break, use Self-Exclusion — this closes your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. To activate Self-Exclusion, contact our support team via live chat or email — they will verify your identity and close the account. Once Self-Exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened before the period ends, even if you change your mind. For a permanent closure, submit a "Permanent Account Closure" request — all your data will be deleted and you won't be able to open a new account with the same details in the future. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account, as active bonuses will be forfeited. We respect your decision and will not send any marketing communications after closure.

0099bet provides 8 powerful responsible gaming tools to help you stay in control. Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits — for example, ৳2,000 per day or ৳10,000 per week. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted. To set it, go to "Account Settings" > "Responsible Gaming" > "Deposit Limit", enter the amount, and save. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period (for your protection), while reductions take effect immediately. Bet Limit: Set a maximum amount per bet — for example, no more than ৳500 per bet. Session Timer: A reminder popup appears after a set period — for example, every 30 minutes to let you know how long you've been playing. Reality Check: Automatic notifications showing your total time played and how much you've won or lost. Loss Limit: Set a daily or weekly maximum loss cap — for example, no more than ৳5,000 lost in a week. Time-Out: Take a temporary break for 24 or 72 hours. Self-Assessment Quiz: A quiz to evaluate your gaming behaviour and help identify any warning signs. Self-Exclusion: Close your account for an extended period (6 months to permanent). All tools are available in the "Responsible Gaming" section and can be activated or adjusted at any time. Limits take effect immediately once set and are designed to keep you protected. We recommend all players activate at least the Deposit Limit and Session Timer.

There are several common reasons an account may get locked, and each has a different resolution. First, entering the wrong password multiple times will temporarily lock your account for 15 minutes as a security measure — simply wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option. Second, if KYC verification is incomplete, your account may be restricted after a certain period — contact support and submit your NID, proof of address, and a selfie; once verified (within 24–48 hours), the account will be unlocked. Third, if suspicious activity is detected — such as multiple accounts, bonus abuse, match-fixing bets, or payment fraud — the security team may lock the account; you will be notified by email and may be asked to provide additional documents. Fourth, violations of the Terms & Conditions — such as underage play, submitting fake documents, using third-party payments, or cheating — may result in a permanent ban. To unlock your account, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat — provide your username, registered mobile number, and details of your last transaction. The support team will verify your identity, investigate the issue, and respond within 2–4 hours. If the lock is due to a legitimate violation, the account may not be recoverable, but you will still be allowed to withdraw your existing balance.

How quickly you receive your winnings at 0099bet depends on the game type and the amount won. For slots and table games, winnings are credited to your account balance instantly — you'll see the update as soon as the game round ends. Live Casino games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) work the same way — winnings are credited within 1–2 seconds of the round ending. For Sports Betting, pre-match bets are settled within 10–30 minutes of the event ending and the official result being confirmed — for example, a cricket match result is typically settled within 15 minutes. Live betting is even faster — payouts arrive within 2–5 minutes of the market being decided. Tournament and leaderboard prizes are distributed within 24–72 hours of the event ending, as final rankings need to be verified. If you win a progressive jackpot (over BDT 50,000), a security check may take 24–48 hours — our team verifies the game logs and credits the prize once confirmed. Very large jackpots (over BDT 500,000) may be paid in full or in installments — in such cases, our team will contact you separately to discuss the payment plan. In all cases, winnings are recorded in your "Transaction History" and "Game History" — any disputes are resolved using these records. Once winnings are credited, you can withdraw them directly or use them to keep playing. 0099bet guarantees all payouts and processes them as quickly as possible in line with industry standards.
